During an EFT session, you are guided through a series of tapping techniques honing releasing focus on emotional challenges.
By tapping on specific acupressure points and addressing heavy feelings, we work together to release emotional blockages and restore balance.
I create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings, allowing them to experience relief and move towards restoration and growth.

During our session, grounding mat acts as a conduit, allowing you to directly connect with the Earth's energy. Need to say, Sara is an excellent host with great demeanor. The way my body felt before and after the reiki session has no words. She made me feel welcome. I instantly felt calm. She took her time explaining what she was going to do, and the room felt peaceful. As she began it was unbelievable because it felt like she was touching me and she was not touching my body! It felt warm at first and then I felt the energy like a vibration of cool mist going through my body. I had to take a peek because my eyes were closed just to make sure it was true that Sara was not touching my body. My second visit with Sara, 2017 I had a contusion on my right knee causing a knot behind my knee after falling off my bicycle. I gave Sara a call and asked if she would do reiki on my leg, again what my body felt were the same sensations and after several sessions my knee was considerably better. Sara makes you feel warm and refreshed after the reiki. I definitely recommend Sara and her practice to anyone. Sara gets a 5 stars.
