For over a decade, I built my career in cosmetology, surrounded by the tools and products of the trade. But over time, I came to realize that daily exposure to toxic chemicals was no longer aligned with the life I wanted to live. I needed a change.
That turning point led me back to nature — to the quiet, healing power she offers in return. Inspired by this pull, I pursued certifications in Natural Holistic Remedies and Nutrition, stepping into the world of alternative medicine.
Like many profound life shifts, mine had a catalyst: unhappiness in my work that began to show in my health. Amid the struggle, I heard Mother Nature’s gentle but persistent call. Through solitude, deep introspection, and a commitment to natural healing, I slowly regained my well-being. This personal transformation became the foundation of my new path — one where I now guide and support others, sharing the knowledge and practices that helped me thrive.
Fueled by a deep passion for energy healing, plant medicine, and creating products with pure, minimal, and toxic-free ingredients, Roots & Aerials was born.
The name reflects my belief in the deep connection between the physical and non-physical aspects of who we are — the grounded and the ethereal, beautifully intertwined.

Our Ingredients

Roots and Aerials ignited after years of diving deep into nature’s medicine cabinet, rejecting the noise of conventionalism, and falling hard for what actually works. From that fire, I began handcrafting soap bars-each one bespoke, and intentional: goat milk, botanicals, pure essential oils, mineral-kissed colors, and third party tested safe fragrances that sing to the senses.
