Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new plants! That's why we guarantee all plants arrive healthy when you order correctly.

Here's what to keep in mind:

  • Need to change your delivery address? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.

​

  • Delivery Delays or Lost Packages? Unfortunately, courier delays and lost packages are outside of our control. However, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking information.

  • What if my plant arrives damaged? If your plant arrives damaged due to shipping, we're happy to help! We offer either a full refund for the plant (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement plant. 

​

  • How to claim your replacement or refund:

  1. Email us at sara@rootsandaerials.com with your order information.

  2. Attach a clear picture of the damaged plant and the shipping box.

​

Important notes:

  • We can only offer one replacement order per damaged plant claim.

  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.
