Need to change your delivery address? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Delays or Lost Packages? Unfortunately, courier delays and lost packages are outside of our control. However, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking information.

What if my plant arrives damaged? If your plant arrives damaged due to shipping, we're happy to help! We offer either a full refund for the plant (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement plant.

Attach a clear picture of the damaged plant and the shipping box.
